I am in the same boat! My application was recieved Feb 12th and the SA, Medical, Bio all was done before covid hit in March. We got an ADR in March 6th and I submitted the info a few days after. Since then no response from them or an update.

I started getting worried too because Im seeing other applications move to VOs. So we decided to raise a webform. and their response was the generic response everyone has been getting. They also confrirmed our application was still sitting in sydney office.

My wife is the PA and she is in Pakistan, so I am guessing our application is going to go to London, UK office. To be honest, I am not sure what or when I will hear a good news around AOR2....
Count yourself lucky that you got medical and biometrics request before covid.

there are ppl with same date of application receipt for Pakistani PA who are JUST beginning to get biometric requests.

Unfortunately you could be in for a long wait. NDVO was notoriously slow even before COVID and they’re not moving much now. COVID cases in India have skyrocketed. They’re number two behind the USA now with over five million total cases. I’m concerned if that doesn't change they’ll grind to halt for a long time.

Hi,

Can somebody please help explain what this status change is ECAS mean? On Sep 30th, we saw the status changed from ‘in process’ to ‘application received’ but we didn’t get any email or update on gckey account. We called IRCC, they said file is moved to CPC-Ottawa.

We just found another update on ECAS, ‘application received’ changed to ‘in process’, does that mean we are at AOR2 stage? (We are not receiving any emails or gckey updates which is bit strange)
Is anyone else seeing similar updates in ECAS?

Yes you're right. Mine has also recently changed from in process to application received and then again changed to in process. That's a good news for you buddy. I received mail confirming sponsor approval and another mail confirming that my file has moved to cpc ottawa. Your ecas status indicates that you have reached aor2 stage. This confirms that your file is now under process at cpc ottawa. Goodluck!

Don't worry if you're not getting any mails. Sooner or later you'll get them. Sometimes they take time to send mails and sometimes they don't send them at all. But looking at your ecas status it confirms that you are on right track. I hope it helps.
