Started in July and got approved in August ? This is incredibly fast
Please did u do a new passport because my passport has expired and my passport is with CBSA I have done medicals provide of financial support I’m not on any support police check, I don’t no what to do in the of my case passport,?
You need to let the office know that your passport is with cbsa. They will contact cbsa and get the passport then the immigration office would send it to you with instructions to get a new passport. There is a link, I will try and find it

Can you please tell me how long it take to update medical results. I did my medical on Sep 23rd, I tried to call client service but no update.
Is there any way I can know my medical results.
Also I saw u said u had a Telephone interview can you explain how was it, and what kind of question they could ask. I know we all have different reasons for H&C but just for an knowledge I wants to know.

My Medical is on second week of August 2020 and the result is third week of September 2020.
The Interview was made by an Senior Immigration Officer to me. The Immigration Officer asked me about my situation like how I financially support myself, where do I live something like that. The Interview is last 5 minutes if I'm not mistaken.
