As we could see some movement in March applications,
Now that everyone is expected to wait on queue for giving Biometric as IRCC mentioned in twitter that Service Canada in some locations are reopening and they will call the PR applicants (first come first serve basis) to schedule an appointment.

You do know this is only for people that are in canada? If you are outside canada, likely your biometrics will be done by vfs global
Yes, I know that
I am saying IRCC is pushing everyone towards biometric...outside Canada all those vfs are closed until further notice except some countries.
