And also can I ask you about the proof of founds? I know there is a table about the minimum requirements, but one of our agent said for 3 people the officer like to sees we have a minimum 50.000 Cad, instead of the necessary 20.000 CAD. It is a big difference. How do you know about and how much do you proof for 1-3 persons.

Hi Mandarin, I answered you on the other thread, but is your agent talking about NET WORTH (or total amount of assets and liquid cash) or simply liquid cash? Because landing funds are going to differ from net worth totals.

Well, "net worth" is what you OWN minus what you OWE, so that includes your real estate, investments, assets, etc. minus any debt. My lawyer has advised that they want to see you have at least the landing funds in "liquid/available" funds (so, what they offer up on the Express Entry funds list based on how many people you have in your party). My guess is, if they are saying $50,000 for 3 people, they are considering net worth in with that.

Thank you for make it clear. She said she wants to make a strong application, to convince the officer we are able to make such an income and afford to live in Canada.
But in this case I'm not worrying about too much, consider she just want to make a strong case.

Hi! I am a voice over artist and am applying under NOC 5135. I have had 15 years of self-employed experience in this regard. My husband is a TV director and has 25 years of experience in the TV and advertising production industry. I am about to take my IELTS near the end of September, and my husband and I have appointments to obtain our police clearances in early October. I have gathered our diplomas, service agreements and contracts from our various clients throughout the years, and will start creating my presentation of our Relevant Proof of Experience (which I will print out). I now also have my uncle's signed letter as Proof of Familial Relationship, as well as his Canadian citizen card and tax notice from the Canada Revenue Agency as his proof of residence.

Our target for the submission of our application is before year's end. We are to land in Ontario, as my relatives are there.

My question is: Should I include in my paper application the forms I deem unnecessary, such as the Additional Dependants Declaration, Investors and Entrepreneurs Destined to Quebec, Declaration of Intent to Reside in Quebec, and Use of a Representative? I read somewhere here that we should still include them and just put "N/A" on said forms. But not in any CIC article have I read that we should do that. Do I omit these unneeded forms from my application?

Nope unless your case has been rejected previously or have prior complications.
Did everything myself. If the immigration worker requires anything they send you a message. But send a complete application in the first place

I am having 15 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, 1 USA, and 2 Canadian Companies and I am getting 35 points for experience 10 points for age, and 12 points for my and spouse education, so now I am standing 57 out of 100 without IELTS and 35 required

Forms

  1. I have filled the IMM 0008 (Generic Form) with my/spouse/2 under 6 years Child's' details by adding the depended button then validate the form with a barcode.
  2. Filled the IMM 5669 (Background Declaration), my details mother/father/education dates/address details/work history serving clients from which date along with title graphic designer.
  3. Additional Dependent (IMM 0008 DEP) I think I do not need this form right?
  4. Supplementary IMM 5562 (Travel), I did umrah so I need to add a flight detail paper? travel agent package costing detail paper? it's not mentioned in the checklist.
  5. 6A Business Immigrants (economic class) experience section, bank details, asset details filled. Do I need to register my company, I am doing remote working for a client overseas no staff in my home office location, I am doing individual work. so is there any need to justify my company? legal letters?
  6. IMM 5406 (Additional Family Members) mother / father / brothers details
  7. IMM 5476 (use a representative) is this mandatory to use a representative? to contact any friend in Canada and put his details?

  2. Spouse degree copies attached - I think there is no need to do ECA for in this program for degrees? right?
  3. IELTS is not necessary for this program, right? I have not yet done

absolutely not mandatory. you can do it all by yourself.
and a friend is not an authorized representative at all so don't risk it.
