As second party, whereas
Incorporated under the Canada Employment Law and the Labor Union Law do hereby agree upon the following terms and conditions;
Job Position: FARM MANAGER
CONTRACT PERIOD: The contract period shall be for duration of 3 years and will be renew only if employer is satisfied with employee’s service. This shall be in effect from the day of she/he commence duty.
SALARY AND ALLOWANCE: Employer shall pay the employee a Sum of 12,500 Cad dollar(Twelve thousand, five hundred Canadian dollar) monthly after deducting taxes
which will be received on 27th of every month along with 250 cad dollar (Two Hundred and Fifty Cad dollar) as weekly upkeep allowance. Total take home for a month will be 12,500 Cad dollar (Twelve Thousand, Five Hundred Canada dollar). There will be a 20% increment on annual basis.
TICKET AND VISA: Employer shall provide the employee flight ticket and all necessary documents needed to facilitate the approval of employee visa / work permit, while employee will be responsible for the payment of his / her visa/work permit fee to the Canada High Commission over there in employee country of resident. Employer shall refund the amount employee spent on visa/work permit processing and pay one month salary in advance when employee visa/working permit is confirmed.
VISA,WORK RESIDENT PERMIT: Employee shall in no circumstance ask the Immigration services to deduct the fee for paper work of visa, work/resident permit papers from their first month salary. Note that the first month salary, flight ticket as well as other monetary benefits will be issued to employee only when they must has processed their visa, work/resident permit papers from the immigration. We have signed a contract agreement for easy acquisition of employee travelling documents as readiness by employee to join the team. If you agree with the company terms and condition, kindly sign it and submit it to the office for immediate documentation.
