January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Anyone who is inland primary applicant and dependents outland got COPR? These categories will be delayed ? any thoughts?

Got confirmation by calling cic and webform that everything including security was passed on mar 11 2020.missed a call for landing interview couple times on mar 17 2020 and may 22 2020 from cic.
Then again received a landing interview call from a private number (no caller id)on sep 04 2020 in the evening .
Got decision made in the ecas on sep 04 2020.
Got copr via email on sep 08 2020 in the evening.
One thing i have noticed is that the only delay on my file was just because the calls i missed from cic.so i will suggest everyone to keep an eye on calls and try to not miss any calls or else its gonna delay the process.
Hope everyone waiting will get their copr soon.good luck guys.

At what time you got DM bro?

i dont know the actual time the decision was made; i checked my ecas at 2:00pm (i was on my lunch) and it was changed from IP to DM. Then i got an email from a CIC landing office to confirm whether my family are in Canada with details about POE and date of entry. No phone call.

I got “PNp-meds-not-started“ location under paper file session of my GCMS notes, but actually my upfront medical has passed last month. What does it mean? Not sure if anyone has seen the same thing? By the way, My ar is June. Aor is July.

Thank you so much! Did you also take upfront? And do you know what your paper file location is in the notes?
Could I call the agent to ask the latest paper file location shown on GCMS notes? Not sure if they will answer this detail just like the other 4 main areas assessment?
