I don’t think that’s correct...the PPs are only authorized to share the test result with IRCC and no one else. I know this because just like
@BlindGoku, I was worried about my medical test. I have a medical condition which I thought may lead to me receiving the PFL. My immigration lawyer told me to request for the PP’s report so we can prepare ourselves for a possible PFL. My request was denied and was told that IRCC rules prohibit sharing immigration medical report with anyone other than IRCC.
Even though I had a slight delay, my medical has cleared. Thank goodness the excessive demand threshold is much higher than it was in the past. So even if you have a medical condition that’s expensive to treat, as long as the cost over 5 years is not greater than $102,585 (or $20,517 per year) you will pass your medicals
