People being charged with immigration fraud and being in a marriage of convenience isn’t really dependent on a good lawyer. Most cases aren’t pursued because there is no 100% proof that this was immigration fraud and not abad relationship or relationship breakdown. What are you needing the lawyer for?

I want to give a lawyer facts and see if she/he thinks that immigration will pursue this case.

A lawyer won’t be able to guarantee that but you don’t need a special immigration lawyer to ask this question. Unfortunately the chances of someone being pursued is pretty low. You need concrete proof that it was a marriage of convenience for example part of a good case would be a text that says I only married you to come to Canada and never liked you along with other proof.
