Me and my wife are finalizing a sponsorship application but there has been a recent change in the proof of communications between couples which must be translated and certified. Our communications are in a spoken dialect, we usually use latin letters and numbers to express ourselfs its different than the Arabic I don't know if a translator can accept to translate them especially since we have to provide about 10 pages. Has anyone sent their request recently? What did you do? Will they accept an explanation letter stating that we can’t translate the proof of contact?

No, not unless you and your wife are the only two speakers of that language in the world.

If you don't want IRCC to completely ignore the documents, you MUST have it translated by a professional translator according to IRCC rules.

If you submit an uncertified or self certified set of documents, how is IRCC to know that it isn't you talking with your high school friends about pizza? This is why having a professional translation is vital.

The real question is whether or not you have other forms of proof of contact.
