I guess that's why in my ASSESSMENT on page 2, the info sharing say System Error.

I also see that the partners in info sharing is US and AUS in my case.

I need a clarification. Did you used webform to upload your RPRF receipt or uploaded only in your application documents section? Please clarify.

I had a call with an agent now and I was informed that they haven't received my receipt on RPRF. I can see from my application that the receipt has been transmitted to IRCC. Don't know why that agent said like that.

Guys, just FYI. I called IRCC yesterday. The agent on the phone was rude and not professional. Didn't ask for his name (next time I should ask for it), but basically what he said was he is not able to see anything (e.g. eligibility / security / criminality) and tell me to check online. I said I also wanted to check whether Sydney VO has received my PCC, he sounded so rude and offended, said "When did you send it?" I replied I have sent it twice, one on April 1st and the other delivered on May 27th. "just 2 months, don't expect anything" I politely asked can you check the notes on my file and see when did my file last moved?. He replied "I am not able to check that..." He didn't even confirmed my identify (didn't ask my address / email or anything), and my guess was his laziness and didn't wanted to open my file and check. I was shocked and hanged up within 3 mins (plus 30 minutes waiting in queue beforehand).

So guys, next time if you unfortunately has the chance to talk to this rude man, good luck.

Funny you asked. I was going to ask you the same question.

I received my notes yesterday and on page 1 under APPLICATION, I see RPRF: Outstanding

This is really disturbing because it was requested on 13 May, and I paid on 15 May. I sent my receipt of payment through my account portal. There was a placeholder for RPRF so I uploaded it there.

After a couple of days, my account showed Not Applicable for ADR. This happened after the website was updated (you know how they do those regular system/website update.). It didn't say "Reviewing additional documents" or anything like that.

I thought everything was OK until I received my notes.

How did you send your receipt of payment?

Unfortunately I'm not able to call and web form has always given me the generic response. But with this new information, I'm going to send another website form and include the receipt of my payment. I will have to send it to my LVO.

I just emailed cpc Ottawa for possible details on my file. They responded the same day and I would like to share it with you:


Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Please be informed that your application is currently in queue for review by an officer. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with a date on which your file will be reviewed.

Does this mean
* don't bother asking again. ?
* your file is under RR. ?

Honestly, I'm a little worried because the last webform I sent was like this:

Eligibilty : in progress.
Security: non initiated.
Criminality : in progress.

FSW-O
AOR: Feb, 14th
Bio: Mar, 08th
Didn't keep track of GU s

Your contributions are most appreciated.

The best you can do is to order for your GCMS notes. They are coming in really fast these days. I got my yesterday. There's a lot of information in there. I'm still trying to digest it.

Thanks for the advice, I was planning to do that anyway. I thought I might find some piece of information quickly instead of waiting for notes.

Hi everyone,

Biometrics-4 march
Medical - reviewing the results of medical exam
I got responce of webform as follow
  • The background verifications are currently valid.
  • The security background verification is currently valid.
  • The criminal background verification is currently valid.
  • The medical examination results on file are in process
  • Can someone please Explain why still medical in process because they have not requested any further medical exam ?

I got mine in 16 days like most people recently. These days most people are getting theirs in less than 20 days. Now is the best time to request.

I have attached the receipt in the application similar to what you have done. After hearing from them, I raised a web form and attached the proof today. Lets see what they reply back. Its absurd that the process for uploading additional documents are not transparent enough for the applicants and we end up thinking that all is set and suddenly after 50 days they come back and say they haven't received the fees.

This is quite weird. Did the application status changed to "Submitted" after you uploaded the receipt?
