From another post, I came to know about your ADR which was quite challenging, What did you reply for that?

So you dont have anything rleated to that specific employer, no labour contract, any old salary certificate, any labor card, any health insurance card copy may be sitting somewhere scanned, anything,,,
Finally! received Nomination from SINP today. But unfortunately my IELTS score expired today. Due to unavailability of IELTS exams I'm stuck!

Looks like if all your documents are good then you should be able to receive your nomination within few days since your ADR submission (they will ask for latest bank statements), again no one has any clue on how the officers pick our applications, that's one reason why we see few December 2019 applicants status as "Application Received", let's NOT lose your hope, everyone would get their nominations soon.

I alluded to that in my ADR post itself.
In short.. I submitted following docs under the 3 pointers of ADR:
- Employee State Insurance (Medical Insurance)
- Medical Insurance - India (current) & Abroad (expired)
- Income Tax Return (ITR) - downloaded from Income Tax e-filing portal (earlier I had provided Form16)
- Employee Provident Fund
- EPFO Portal - Universal Account Number (UAN) card
- EPFO Portal - Service Information & Details ( This has Member ids / Establishment id that link to Employer)
- EPFO Portal - Passbook (screen shot for no actual PF info on EPFO portal)
- EPFO Portal - P.F. Exempted Establishments
- Current Employer Employee's Provident Fund Statement
Note: I wanted to include one Govt. issued document. Hence, ITR & EPF related docs
- Work permits from all periods of employment which occurred outside your country of citizenship
- Work Permits & Work Visas for the entire period of deputation outside of India
- Any additional information that will benefit the SINP in the verification of your work experience such as samples of your work and emails from your employer
- Samples of email communication with the Customer & within my current company
- Appreciation emails from the Customer
- Awards Certificates issued by my current company
- Current Years' Annual Increment Letter
- Bank Statement while on deputation showing salary deposits (for random 2 months)
Note: For samples of email communication & appreciation emails from the Customer and/or within the company, considering privacy aspect for the individuals, I had masked last name for the ones I had interacted with and had also masked the customer company's initial.
