Their website doesn't mention the June 30th travel restrictions anymore. It's now showing "travel restrictions in place until further notice" for international travel and July 21st for the US-Canada border.

I sent mine via Canada Post and it was delivered in 3 days. I would suggest UPS/FEDEX. I was able to link my application to my CIC Portal the same day it was delivered.Just received my COPR

Anyone has been in the sane situation where their Biometric has not been asked for?
I am not sure, my biometrics were already with IRCC for previous applications so didn't need to provide new ones.
Inland Applicants applied before Dec 3, 2019 Biometric is not required. I think your AOR is after Dec 3, 2019

Thanks, I will likely use UPS or FedEx - have you received your PR card? I heard some folks have received it much sooner than expected. I have to send it to the Windsor office.
