Jumping in the first hot thread I found because I have been on IRCC website trying to figure out the Economic class for 2 days and I thought I'd ask here since I'm trying to call them and it doesn't go through.
As you can see in my signature, I'm not asking for myself but I just want to understand. Under Economic class, there is the FSW program which is Express Entry or they are distinct? Say you have an applicant who wants to come work to Canada as the employer wants him to come asap, can he apply for the WP and after apply via Express Entry to get his PR? Does the employer have to provide 2 LMIA or one that is dual intent? Tried to find on the website where it gives more info about dual intent LMIA but it just says for EE.
Also does anyone has the link where we can get the points for EE? TIA

I am waiting since 31.10.2019 when all my documents were recieved by ICAS and they put it in queue on 13.11.2019

Does anybody knows if I can just submit my ECA on a later time or is required upon creating EE profile? I'm planning to create my EE profile by August this year for CEC pathway since my PGWP will expire on October 2020. I have my old and expired ECA I used when I applied for student visa. Would it be possible to submit a letter of explanation about my situation just so I can start my PR application?

ECA for immigration and studies is totally different. Visit any ECA agency website there will be a question whether ECA is required for immigration. you need your ECA while creating your EE profile.

Yes it is. Forgot to mention, I already had my credential assessed before but it was for study purposes and I had it upgraded for immigration purposes
