ICAS CANADA - APPLICATION TIMELINES

Dear All,
When according to you guys can I expect to receive my ECA. My timeline is as follows;
If somebody can guide on this as well. ---- I have only sent my MBA degree from SMU-DE for ECA as i was under the impression that I will get points based on my highest education degree. i did not send my graduation degree for ECA. Should i send my graduation certificate for ECA as well or ECA from my MBA is enough for applying for Canadian immigration.

But I sumbitted the application in November, 2019. It should be my turn nowreally? I'm worried

It's been more than 3.5 months but status of my application hasn't changed to "Placed in Queue". I was observing the posts in this thread and apparently, it doesn't take that much time for getting to "Placed in Queue". Anybody else having same issue?

I have been experiencing an error on icas website.it says invalid file number or birth date despite of putting in the correct information.has anyone else encountered the same problem lately?ive emailed them but no reply.last update was on 6-23-2020 stating report ready for editing.please someone help
