Hello friend

Does anyone here know about pilot project program i recieved a email which says you are accepted as pilot program for PR process . ?
Hi,
I think you are the next ‘victim’ of this pilot project. Welcome to my world and worries, of course. I had received the same latter in mid December 2019 and my application went well till the end of January 2020. They requested all statuary requirements like medical, biometric, police clearance and passport of my dependents one after another and I completed submitting all the requested documents by end of January. That was so good. But after medical passes, there has not been any update since end of January 2020. You might have seen my tread in this platform in May. I think we can follow each other to learn how the new pilot will unfold. Let’s keep in touch.

Thanks for the swift response.
Is it going to make my application faster ?
I’m one of the applicant picked for this pilot project. What I can say based on my six months experience is that the way IRCC ask you to submit documents for the statuary requirements is way faster than the traditional way. And I don’t know which pilot program you are picked since there are two types as far as my research takes me. The one, and I’m part of, is called Centralized Concurrent Pilot project which is supposed to run for one year. The Cliant Support Agent explained to me, in a phone call, all files that falls in this project will be completed in the project time frame, one year. So make your self ready to submit the requested documents. But no one knows how long it will take. But for sure I can tell you it will not be longer than the traditional one. Finger crossed, will be faster than the old way. Good luck

One of the good elements in this pilot is the fact that your file and your dependents will be processed together here in Mississauga, not in the overseas offices that they do in the old way. So that means when a decision is given, it is for all, the principal applicant and dependents. That you can imagine how much time it takes to communicate back and forth with the visa office. The pilot project will avoid all these hustle.

I'm so mentally tired of the whole thing, honestly. My wife is tired, my kids are tired. It got to a stage, my 6 year old girl told me to come back home if I'm unable to bring them to Canada. At some point in time, she stopped talking to me until her mother intervened. I just hope this situation will not turn to "had I known"....
same as me ,my kids are said you are giving us promises, last year ,and the year before, and the year before, and the year before, and now corona virus, kids dont trust in me now....

For people who have experience concerning this kind of message (20 % complex application).... What happens eventually? Would they make a decision (dm or copr) if they're unable to verify whatever information they need or they'll wait till after how many months trying to verify by all means? Thanks in advance for your responses!
days ago i called IRCC ,THE SAME DAY I COMPLETED 18 MONTHS,the agent said that :
1- all travel documents are not processed at the current time (i sent the documents a month ago)
2- the process time will be 22 months now , so i can expect a reply around next september
3- after getting the copr or dm you will need to apply again in the visa office of the country your family living and this will not take less than a year

## my suggesstion is that you wait until you get your pr then you apply for the documents needed to the visa office, then you travel with your family to a third nice country to stay for 4 or 5 months if you like suggestions about nice and cheap countries just inbox me and i will try to explain##

Hello friends,
I applied for Pr on Aug 2019 and they started processing on Dec 2019 at the moment the timeline bar is saying that 46% completed. I just want to ask that this processing pace is fast or slow?
Thanks

Hello my friend
The time line is only timeline
Not related to the real situation of your application, only dividing the 22 months on percentage so you will find that every week most likely your application is timely advanced by 1 % than the week before.

This is just an estimate not an actual timeline i can say almost 90% of people on here has passed 100% and still waiting so do not depend on that to think its the actual timeline of your application. this is just saying 22 month total completion days passed percentage completed and it is automatic the ircc system does it not an actual agent.

Good Luck

People here are waiting mostly more than 20 months and now you call yourself a victim after 5 months?!

It is in an inverted quote and I was meant to joke. I have no intention, what so ever, to complain about the long waiting. I have already expressed in my previous posts my sympathy for those colleagues who have been waiting long. I’m really discontented why these colleagues are waiting that long. So I ask apologies if you find that inappropriate. Just to throw a joke to make some people smile since many people are disenchanted about the IRCC process.
