Hello I just Received a PR CONFIRMATION email today.

This letter does not replace the permanent resident card; you are still required to submit the
documentation to obtain your permanent resident card. If you have a Confirmation of
Permanent Residence (COPR) document in-hand, please send it along with one photo that
meets our photo specifications to the address listed above. Please ensure that you write your
unique client identifier (UCI) and name on the back of the photo. If your address has
changed, please provide us with your current address.

Do I need to send both copies (client and IRCC copies) or just IRCC copy? And do I need to sign them. Kindly advise
Can you let us know which email address you are receiving the pr confirmation email from?

Congratulations! Great news. I think the 'client' copy is your copy. So no need to send it. You may have to send them the IRCC copy.
I do not know about signing. I haven't received the email as yet.

congratulations.. If you don’t mind sharing, what was the email content to CPC Ottawa and Winnipeg. Also, did you send separate emails to Ottawa and Winnipeg or one email with both their emails.
This is the email I sent. I sent separate emails.
"I currently live in Winnipeg. I received my confirmation of permanent residency in mail 2 weeks ago for my wife and myself and was wondering how I can validate my permanent residency since in person appointments have been canceled. The expiry date of my COPR is June 11, 2020 which is less than a month from now. Please kindly help me as to what the next step is. "
And then I included my name, application number, UCI, Phone number, date of birth, and address

Hope this helps.

Is there any special email ID for landing purposes? Which one you used? Regards

Any inland CEC applicants with no COPR and a cancelled landing appointment here got a confirmation of PR email from CIC ?
Hi Guys, I received the email confirming I am a permanent resident. Feels surreal
As I mentioned I do not have a COPR and have been asked to send the PR confirmation letter along with photo.
1) I do not see any changes in the application, it shows still in progress. When will it change ?
2) And if i send the letter and photo, how do I know the status of PR card.

As @senhari2005 already posted in this thread, here is a link about how to link your PR card application to your IRCC account.
