Actually since i'm working at a large group i don't know personally. But they have

Yes they have contacted my employer. Im working at a financial company and I have no direct contact with them since its a big company.
According to the rejection letter, it says that" My employer has confirmed to AINP that I have worked only 21 hours" It's true because of the situation.

But i will get more hours from next month. Will AINP select me again since my express entry profile still active?

Create new profile when you get 30 hrs per week and they should select.

I don’t think so because Ainp clearly mention on their website if candidates is working in Alberta with strong Tie-up tie-up then they will give you nominations. I think they will change this restrictions in next few months. But main point your employer should support you but your employer didn’t give positive responses

after sending docs its only 20 days

Yesterday I got NOI from Alberta. My CRS 432 in Canadian Experience Class. Alberta take three months give to nominate certificate after apply. But today Cec Draw 440.
If I apply for Alberta express entry and next draw at 432 then will my file picked by Federal experience entry or not
