I talked with IRCC agent. He said:-
1)eligibility is passed
2)all background checks are passed
and application is being processed if they approved or refused or need any additional documents they gonna let me know.
AOR-11 NOV CEC INLAND
medical passed-5 dec
on 5 dec they just asked RCMP additional document only.

Can anyone have any idea if eligibility is passed and background check is passed still can they ask any additional documents??I am little worried when he said approved or refused.
If everything is passed, why you are worried much. I am also in similar situation like you.. They are waiting for final approval from officer

IRCC seems to be going through some transition as the progress bar disappeared and now they are also not replying to tweets from May 16-May18. We may get some info next week?

Progress bar came back. I think they are not responding on May 16-18, only because of the Victoria day long weekend.

Just now got the response for the webform request, is it COVID blocking the PPR?

We verified the information on file and can confirm that:

· The background verifications are currently valid.

· The security background verification is currently valid.

· The criminal background verification is currently valid.

· The medical examination results on file are valid.

VO is Sydney, Nova Scotia
Hey are you an inland PNP or Outland PnP

Hi
My baby was born just exactly 4 days before receiving PP Request.
I informed in the 1st week of Feb about the situation along with his birth certificate and also waited for their response.
I received a response to my web inquiry after receiving my COPR documents stating that I cannot use the old COPR papers and they are reopening my case again! I was also informed to submit some additional documents some forms, birth certificates, passport, medicals.
In recent days, I found 2 ghost updates in my portal.
Ghost Update#1 - My child's name is added to my dependents list.
Ghost Update#2 - not found any specific change in my portal/ received any email.
Any idea about how long will it take from here onwards ..?

Details:
Express Entry
FSW program
AOR Sep 13 2019
COPR # Feb 2020
Baby ADR # March 2020
Ghost Update#1 ---March 2020
Ghost Update#2 ---May 01 2020

Has anyone gone through this similar situation/experience?

I have AOR Nov 25th. I tried calling IRCC multiple times but IVR drops the call as soon as you select transfer to agent option .. How you were able to speak to an agent ?

I am in the same boat. November 26th passed medicals, 100% complete application now. I raised a webform about my application and was told that it was still in processing (NOT DM!!). I raised another webform asking for specifics today, hopefully they will reply soon. I received a ghost update on 10 april. FSW Outland. I'm afraid they are scrutinizing my application because I submitted something wrong!!

Hey all - quick question: if you are a NEXUS card holder, does the IRCC check your border crossing history between US/Canada while processing your Express Entry application? I'm kind of wondering if my processing is taking so long because they're wondering why I cross the border so much hahaha. Not sure if that makes my application "complex."

Well you have nexus - it’s easier for them to check your background, it’s actually positive tbh

Hi guys. Good news.
I raised a Webform last Monday, and yesterday I received this answer.

We are pleased to inform you that your permanent residence application has been approved.

A correspondence will be sent to advise you and your family members (if applicable) of this decision. You may be asked to send documents to finalize your application.

A Confirmation of Permanent Residence and a permanent resident visa, if you are from a country that requires a visa, will be sent to you and your family members (if applicable). Please follow the instructions that will be sent with your documents.

No GU. No changes on my account.

Hey all, I came here for some insight. But appears many of us are in the same boat. My AOR is Nov 18th, everything passed and waiting for 'final decision'. Agent said everything looks good and not to worry. I'm assuming no ppr is not being issued currently due to covid/border restrictions. Do you think after June 30th we will here something? Or they may extend the border ban?

Nobody knows what exactly might happen at that time. All we can do is patiently wait for the application result and learn about how to make a safe plan for landing and safely begin new life over there during such diastrous time.
