just hoping cic is not sitting down on incomplete sponsorship application to return them after 3-4 month after receiving them, lease they can do is ask u for whatever is missing.

If it’s incomplete or missing documents, they will send it back. Clearly stated in the guide.

i know they are likely to return the app, but after sitting on it for 3-4 month to return it just doesn't seem fair.

The thing is if everybody's application would keep missing documents then they would have to ask for them again and again and it would make the time frame even longer and it would give them more work.

It’s not about being fair. It’s about applicants ensuring the package is complete before sending it. It’s on the applicant if it’s returned as incomplete.
