Thanks to all of those who helped shed some light regarding the GCMS notes order. You guys are great!

Please stay strong and don't let the delays get the better of you. I am sure everyone will reach their ultimate goal eventually, whether on a slow or hopefully fast pace.

October 2018 applicant over here, still waiting! :)

this is not average ! 21 months is processing time for our category this means 80% of applications are completed in that time(21months) ! and 20% go beyond ...so if u have been here for a long time u saw people getting DM in 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 Months ... I can even say that average time is 15-17months
21 is average. Some people get early and some late. But no one get in 11 months. New person no need to apply. Anyway that’s their wish

Hello everyone,

According to IRCC, applicants who have received or were about to receive DM or were scheduled a landing appointment which were cancelled due to COVID19 are supposed to have their landing process done through the phone.

Has anyone experienced that as of yet? If yes, would you be so kind to share your experience?

Thank you in advance!

As far I was able to skim through previous posts in this forum, it seems the processing times that are current only affect new applicants. Those who applied during a shorter processing timing are supposed to finish their application within that time frame. Of course that varies by case, many people have been waiting 20+ months. Again not entirely sure about what I said, but it would be safe to assume that in general all applications will be pushed behind due to the coronavirus situation.
