You should be fine. There is absolutely no rule that states applying without spouse is a crime.
Yes, even I asked IRCC on twitter if it is ok to do for points and sponsor my family later, and they said it is fine.

I googled a lot to find if this is not allowed. I did not find anywhere on canada.ca where this is disallowed.

No. I am currently on the post-graduate work permit of Canada but I am now in India as I wanted to stay back due to pregnancy. My husband has never been to Canada.

Hello,

I did not include LOE in my application but when I selected nonaccompaning option it did ask for a reason and I mentioned straight away that as a family we do not have enough points to get invited (CRS 444), so I chose the option to first migrate alone (CRS 471) and secure a job and a house first then sponsor my family.

My AOR is 26 September 2019 FSW-O and so far no issues. Passed medical 18th October and received biometric same day. 21 October got RPRF request and paid same day. A week later, I found out my file is at local visa office. I have been waiting since. I'll update when they make a decision on my file.
Hi..I feel you have a similar case like mine. Are you okay to share your contact number with me and clarify few of my doubts regarding the process?

Hi I am applying without spouse as she is searching for jobs in India with down the lane onsite . She already has a Canada TRV but never travelled to Canada . Also CRS is another factor why we are not applying together. Please let me know if it is a risk , i am seeing conflicting information

Hi how are you? Im wondering if your application has been approved. Im in the same boat and hope every thing went smooth to you
Hello, I am well. How about you?

Not yet. It was going well till the COVID-19 situation. Since mid March, the office stopped processing PR and focused on emergency and essential services.

I am living in canada, I have PGWP and my wife on OWP and my CRS is 426 under Canadian experience class with Spouse And without spouse my CRS is 451.

Hello My question if I apply without spouse, what kind of reason I can give in explanation?

Is this good idea to go without spouse in express entry?

Thank you in Advance.
