Postgraduate Work permit with spouse

Hello,

I am studying in Canada along with my wife and she is working full-time on an open work permit. Both of our Visas are valid until July 30th.
I have finished my course but my College will only provide the Letter of complete by July 15th.
I am currently working part-time as a Manager which is considered a NOC job. So my question is, Can I apply my Spouse’s open work permit along with my postgraduate work permit application? I can show the last 3 paystubs but they are only of the part-time work.

I would really appreciate your response to this question.
