Thanks. Yes I had requested them as soon as I received the notification from WES but my university is very slow in doing things, so well lets see what happens next.

Follow up as much as possible with ur University when are start regular operation back. And as soon as they send an email(after like a day) I suggest to call WES!
I've always found that when u call their call centre, the status updates happens a bit quicker-at least the acknowledgement of receiving the docs though not the actual processing. Good luck!

Has anyone sent his documents after the 10th of March? My husband's documents arrived WES on the 14th but there are no updates since then, I'm wondering if the Covid19 delay they are talking about means there will be no progress in the new documents till this outbreak resolve?

My documents reached its Toronto office several days before March 10 and my profile hasn't been updated yet. I called them few times but they aren't able to help me. Is anyone in the same situation?

Processing a new package, for more than 2 weeks now! What about you? It is really frustrating if they decided to stop any procedure for documents arrived after the 10th

Two weeks is way too long for the "Processing new package", it should take max 5 working days or one week. Look's like there is no one in their office to physically scan the documents as they have mentioned on their website. Contact them and see if you get any response. I already have my ECA report.

The WES Status for my wife changed to this "WES has received all the required documents to prepare your evaluation report.
The estimated completion date for your report is April 06, 2020." With all documents were reviewed and accepted. She did Master Of Technology. How to know if they have accepted it as Masters? Do I have to wait for the final report?

12/09/19 – Sent documents request to University

Status: In Progress, we are waiting for your packages

01/16/20 – University posted my documents to WES

01/22/20 – Arrived at WES per the courier Tracking site

01/29/20 – Called WES to ask why the package had not been received, they told me the documents were definitely there and changed status changed to:

Status: In Progress: We are processing a new package or document for your application

02/03/20 – Called WES to ask why the processing was taking so long, Status changed to:

Status: In Progress: We are reviewing you documents

02/10/20 – Status changed to:

Status: In Progress: We are analyzing and evaluating your documents

02/11/20 – Status changed to:

Status: In Progress: We are reviewing your evaluation

Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.

Your evaluation is due for completion on 3/10/2020

03/08/20 – Status changed to:

Status: In Progress: Your report is under final review and your evaluation will be sent to your recipients (s)

Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.

Your evaluation is due for completion on 3/10/2020. It will be sent to you and your recipient(s) the same day.

Total from time WES received them to completing report: 40 days
Total time from requesting documents from University: 90 days (delay due to University closing for a month for Christmas)

Latest information from WES:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in light of the most recent public health recommendations, WES has temporarily suspended all in-office operations. All applicants whose documents reached our Toronto and New York locations after March 10, 2020 can expect delays. We will continue to process documents already in process, and will resume full operations when it is prudent. Thank you for your patience.

I even called WES and they said be prepared for long delays.

I think it will also depend on when your documents reached to them.

Hello everyone.

WES sent email and post to my university to verify my documents on 28 Feb, my university is slow in doing things. They were going to reply to them but whole India is in lock down until 15 April and it will 7 weeks on 17 April. My university told me that they will sent the post and email once the university opens on 15-16 April. WES is also not working. Some one please help me what would be future of my application.?
