Yes so it seems we will both have interviews. God knows now when they will be scheduled. I visited my wife right before this outbreak and now she is pregnant (bad timing I know)...so we are hoping this interview will be scheduled soon but would like to know where it will be.

who knows... we are stuck for months with this virus unless they still do interviews by another way idk... but we have Case reviewing at the same place... when i search 6262 it says Centralized intake office lol no sense

from what i've read when they say this is it needs a Senior Visa Officer to look ( thats why it's returned to CIC) at the case , not necessary an interview.

Get your mp involved and put urgent request on it. It wont hurt and might actuslly work. I would do that. Just a thought.

I spoke to my MP and it seems my application is completely finished. Just awaiting an interview. She said interviews will be delayed and applications delayed but they are still there in Mexico working!

Yes. If it says review required it is 100% an interview unless you can send further evidence. But my MP said once they have decided you need an interview it is difficult to change their mind. So now I have to just be patient until they assign an interview date.

"unless you can send further evidence "

they never asked a thing from start, unless the CSQ that i'm waiting here... it's not like they gave any chances to send any ha

Recommande un examen.... != Review required

would be a really BAD translation from them

What you showed me means interview. It says review required. Gives the location for the interview and lists the officer giving the interview. Why would they have determined the officer to interview you if not 100% interview?

And there is nothing saying you cannot send further evidence to support your application. I do not think it is recommended but it is possible to send further evidence. Mine has been 15 months and I have been on many visits and have an extra child since I applied so I made sure they are aware before making us have an interview

Assigned by....this is the officer that is assigned to your interview. That is what I understood when going through the thread describing the notes.
