Wait to apply until a couple of days before your visitor status expires to see if your OWP arrives.
OK, thanks, I am hoping that is what will happen! However, if it doesn't, I may tag you for follow up answers on these inquiries, hope that's OK?

I am applying for spousal visa. I am trying to find a certified translator but unable to do so. Is it ok to not include personal chat if I can't find a translator? Our chat is very personal and I feel uncomfortable someone else reading it. I have included screenshots of our daily video & voice calls.

Hi,

I have a question regarding my Inland Sponsorship application. I am an October applicant and I received the medical exam request on 15 March 2020. Due to the current situation of the COVID-19 spread, the clinic where I have originally scheduled my appointment for tomorrow has cancelled the exam and won't be doing any exams for at least two weeks.

I have two questions regarding this:
1.) I think I have read somewhere that IRCC is not enforcing deadlines on medical exams for the time being. Is this correct? Should I raise a webform to let them know my appointment was cancelled and I might not be able to comply with their 30 day timeframe?

2.) For my application to be approved in principle, does the medical exam have to be completed? I know and totally understand that processing will slow down anyways due to COVID-19, but I am concerned that the eligibility assessment will not start until I have completed the medical exam (and who knows when that will be). As per my understanding, whether you meet the eligibility criteria will determine if you get AIP and SA, and admissibility (medical exam, background checks) determines whether your application gets approved overall. Is this correct? I am asking because being approved in principle without further delays would be more important in my situation than getting my overall application approved.

Thank you very much!

Yoi should still include some chats. Visa officers have heard and read it all so they really don't care what you have written.

1. Yes, send the Webform just to be safe.

2. The app will continue to process without the medical. AIP doesn't come until the very end of the process anyways.

Do you know any certified translator in GTA? I have been trying to find one but most do only professional documents.
I'm going to get some screenshots and put them as example since they want maximum of 10 pages.

I don't. They should do anything as long as they are paid. Perhaps start a new thread asking for anyone who knows of a translator of your language in Toronto.

“We start processing your application...” This appears on the GCKEY account, does it mean the VO is working on the application? Anyone?

Hi everyone,

We got a letter requesting payment of right of permanent residence fee (since we didn't pay it upfront) on March 12th. Under normal (non-Covid-19) circumstances would that have meant we were near the end?

Also , does NOT paying the RPRF upfront cause delays?
