I left quebec in May 2019 to work for my company in BC and I was scheduled to come back in this April 2020. I provided them job letter describing my situation but they refused. Now, I am thinking that I should remain in BC permanently. Do you thing CIC should issue me updated invitation based on my new address in BC ? I got refusal from Quebec but my Federal sponsorship application was approved. All I need is to show 3 years of income.
It will be in BC.... I worked in BC most of the time in 2019 so I will fill my taxes from BC

I have a Canadian PR and will potentially move to Quebec. After the next three years, when I sponsor my parents for PR, do I have to show any kind of French language test scores for me / or my parents? - I did not find any such requirement on the website but would rather like to get a confirmation from someone who has applied for parents' sponsorship lately.

I meet LICO for 2018 and that is why I applied for PR while I was in Quebec. Now 2019 is also over, I can say I meet LICO for 2019 too and I am on track to meet LICO for 2020 too.
Should I request CIC to see my "Notice of Assessment" for 2018 and 2019 and accept my Job letter (Mentioning my salary structure) for LICO 2020 ?

This week I submitted my documents to the MIFI including notice of assessment and income tax returns for 2019.
However, I realized a missing thing in my returns today and my tax person has refilled my returns today.
My question is how will this affect my application (my income doesn't change in the new returns only credits do). Do I submit the new documents (IT returns and NoA) when they become available or not. In the mean time is there a way to contact MIFI to let them know that a error has been made and I will be submitting the new documents when available.
Any help or input is appreciated.
