Hello everyone.
I just want to know. If they are still processing our sponsorship application or if there is any change in the deadline because of COVID-19 . We have applied in September 2019.
Thanks in advance

Assalamu alaikum,

Just want to know what could be the next possible step after these stages.

March 19, First email regarding confirmation of application. of Family Class Sponsorship for my wife and kids.
Medical and Bio metric done during first 6 months.
Nov 19, 2019 File transfer to London Visa Office.
Nov 28, 2019 Status confirms, processing of application started.
Jan 22, 2020, Received an email from London Visa Office to clarify some issues and Immigration Officer will issue visa, It was clearly mentioned in that letter which was received by email.

The problem was, I had spent more time in Pakistan than in Canada during last year.

Immigration officer was having concerns that weather I do job and pay taxes or not.

I have sent all required documents like copies of my T4, Tenancy Agreement, Cell phone bill and with in a month to London Visa Office.

Still waiting to hear from them.
Does anyone know during this pandemic of covid 19. is London Visa Office working as usual or they have suspended Immigration cases??

I would really appreciate it.

JazakAllah Khairan

Assalam O alikum,

I have a pretty similar timeline like you:

File received email 27 MAy 2019
Biometrics 24 Juky 2019
Medical passed 09 Aug 2019
Transferred to London office 30 Oct 2019

Got an email 2 days ago from London office requesting some more supporting documents like Social media chat history/ financial transactions, pictures for further proof of relationship file size not exceeding 5Mb which means they want it electronically obviously. But the problem is they also asked for a new police certificate which asked to be sent original specifically.

Now my problem is what should I do I don't know what's the email address where I should sent the supporting documents pictures/etc or should i just reply to the email i received the letter from and as for the police certificate where would that be mailed to ?

If you could please help me with your experience :)

JazakAllah

Mine was transferred on January 13, 2020 but still no signs of AoR2. I suggest you to please check your status on ECAS and see what 2nd line is saying. If it shows we have started processing your application on (date), then it will be your AoR2. If shows we have sent you the medical instructions then you have to wait for the AoR2 like me

You can submit that through ur online account as well. There should be an option for uploading your police certificate just like the rest of the documents. I was also asked for police certificate and there was an upload option in the online account. If there isn't an option to upload it, then you can approach your local MP's office and ask them to submit on your behalf, or use the webform as someone suggested above.
