Sir
My son has got Canada PR and he is presently working in Canada. My daughter-in-law has applied PR and my question is whether my daughter-in-law has to wait till to get her PR or she can go to canada as the dependent of her husband and work there or wait till she gets her PR. Please kindly answer
Y query.

So your son did not apply for spouse sponsorship as an inland application which would have an open work permit option usually granted in about 4-5 months ? If applied as Outland there is no work permit option and even getting a TRV can be challenging to get approved.

As a dependent to my son my daughter-in-law can go to Canada and stay with him. Can my son apply PR for my daughter-in-law after reaching Canada.

She can apply for a TRV to come to Canada but there is no guarantee it will be approved.

Being married to a Canadian PR doesn't give her the right to come to Canada or to work in Canada. In fact, it significantly decreases her chances of even being approved for a TRV.
