You Should select UCI number then enter your family name and place of birth same as how it shows in your passport, just make sure it is looks exactly same(Upper case, lower case any commas, any full stops and any space)
Let me know how it goes
Good Luck

When you sign in to your CIC account, on the ‘view applications you submitted’ page if you scroll down it says ‘link your application to your account’ if you click on that it will take you to another page where under category you should select ‘PR Card’ and under application details you select ‘UCI and family name’. Just make sure you enter family name and place of birth exactly as it shows in your passport(upper case, lower case, any dots or any spaces), once that is done it will find your PR card application just link it to your account

Hope this helps, Good Luck

If it doesn’t work you can call CIC and see if your PR card application has been initiated or not, If it is already initiated ask for the application number, once you have it you should be able to link it with the application number instead of UCI

Guys, the status of my card in my profile is "submitted". How would I know when the card is delivered? Its been 3 weeks for now.
I think your status will change to ‘approved’ before they send out the PR card, keep checking your status it is a good indicator when to expect your PR card.

Ghost Updates are always good, with a GU atleast we know they are working on our application. I knew people who got there applications approved 1-3 business days after a GU, I myself got my passport request the day after I saw a GU in my profile, hopefully yours will be approved and they’ll send your PR card soon, keep us posted here
