Not eligible for EE

Hello dear members,
I was in the pool as crs score 414 from sept. 2019
Today i received an email as im not eligible.
Why is that?
I remember I received an email from them to update the minimim funds.
1) How to update that on EE profile?
2) since I am inegible. DoI have to create a new profile again?

Asking for someone else as he has the same funds as mine and need to update asap.

And what about updating the funds in the current EE profile?

Once they decide your profile is ineligible you cant update it, you will have to create a new one. Every year they update the minimum funds requirement in January and you must update your available funds to stay above it.

As i didnt know hence lost my profile.

Okay, I've found it. It's under Personal Details, then under the Family section.

You'll need to create a new profile again

I noticed earlier in the year that some people in the pool were asked to update their POF in profile. I didn't receive that email. Could it be that's because I already got ITA as it December 19?

I have however submitted my e-APR with the with the new POF minimum last month.

Do I still need to update my EE profile while my application is in process?

If you got ITA it is not retroactive.

This applies for new applicants.
