I am applying online too. I cannot see any place to add the employment confirmation number or Offer of employment number. I can see I can add this number only in Form 1295E. I believe you have filled this form too.

Also one quick question? What did you add in Questionaire Section before submitting for this question "How long are you planning to stay in Canada?" It has three option, 1. temporary less than 6 months, 2. temporary more than 6 months 3. Permanent. I can't select permanent and continue because it redirects to saying you are eligible for CEC and Express Entry.

Cheers
I am talking about IMM 1295F. There is a F version available. On Page 3/6, the Type of WP (Box 1) should be Exemption from Labour Market Impact Assessment. Then Offer of employment No. shows up at box 6 on Page 3. It will be grey-ed out if you select Open WP (spouse).

Duration of employment from and to (Box 5) dates should be 2 years apart as stated in the WP support letter.

Also, , 2. temporary more than 6 months is the right one, in this case.

What have people been putting in for the `ties to Ontario` section? I currently in Ontario and have friends/gf here so am wondering if it's more useful for me to add this info or if it's fine to leave it out?

Its an important section and plays a major role, according to the guidelines. Mention and upload your lease documents and properties in Ontario (if any). Mention about the duration you stayed here (hence proving the ties). Mention any family ties first (Full names, numbers, city and their status here). Best friends come next. Either case, if they are PR holders, mention that too. First of all, they should have strong ties to Ontario :) .

I put: my work, lease agreement, the tuition of my husband college, report card of my son's school, friends contacts, my OHIP card, bank statment with my savings... the more you put the better, that means that you have strong ties and will stay in the province after you get your PR.

Ok thanks, great info. I'll definitely prepare some more info to add in here then. My gf is canadian born and we visit her family in Ontario regularly so will definitely include this and details of trips too.

It looks like we all have to remember more than 1 page #122 and add to the signature.. lol.. To avoid that someone to take an initiate and come up with something like below on very commonly asked questions.

And, experts feel free to add items to the list and re-publish it "to make the post great again"- just ensure that no duplicates.

Page# for FAQ on filing PR based on ONIP nomination: 122
Page # for WP Info. based on OINP: 123-125
Page # for documents to prove ties with Ontario: 125
Page# for Info. about adding a new child to PR: 124-125
Page # to explain Processing time for new application: XX

Alternatively, there is a bookmark button at the top right corner of each and every post. Folks can bookmark a post if they find it interesting.

Thank you for the information. My online application shows me this form https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm1295e.pdf. I wonder how would I get imm1295f form. I have no option to get that. Should I download this from somewhere else? I searched and f version is the french version https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/francais/pdf/trousses/form/imm1295f.pdf. Let me know if I am wrong :)

One last question, have you submitted the employer compliance fee receipt at all?

Cheers

Sorry my bad - Its E version only. I misread it because my mouse cursor was right there. I have used IMM 1295 (06-2019) E (triple checked this time).
Final submission was done by my Lawyer. So, can help only partially based on what I have provided to them. I guess you can submit, it does not hurt (Just keep in mind that the employer should pay the compliance fee, not you :) ).

I'm in a FB group for people seeking PR in Canada and you wouldn't believe the number of people who ask "hi I'd like PR, what do I do?" without researching anything first
And also, didn't happen to you that lot of people in your home country, write you to ask you the same? Sometimes, persons who didn't talk to you when you lived there, suddenly send you Facebook and WhatsApp request. And a couple of messages after, you realise that it was only to take you information out.:mad:
