4 months for it to reach "recommended pass" from R10 is indeed outrageous.

My R 10 was done on Aug 23, recommended pass on Sept 4 and pass on Sept 5. so it took less than two weeks for it to travel from R10 to recommended pass, and only one day for it to be changed to "pass"...
Also, are there any notes from the officer when it was changed to Pass? Or notes from the Case Processing Agent were the last?

I believe mine took that long too, because of the ADR. The eligibility review, in my case, started right after Medicals was passed on Aug 22nd. Then, an ADR came and everything went frozen until Nov 12th which was the ADR deadline (even thought I sent a response right away). Then, eligibility passed one month later on Dec 11th. So, from R10 to eligibility passed, it took almost 4 months.

Unfortunately I've joined the 6+ club since Feb 16th and I'm feeling more anxious than I thought was possible this past week....
My office is CPC Ottawa and stream PNP-O (AINP). But I applied using an agent so I cannot keep checking for GU on my profile everyday...

I ordered my notes on Jan 10th and received them 2 weeks ago and it says eligibility met, criminality passed but security not started.
Any idea if I should I order CBSA notes i/o to check if I am under SS?
Finally received the golden e-mail this afternoon folks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So happy to post this! It was a long journey!

Hey my friend

My status has changed to approved this morning, and a counterfoil also appeared in my account, with the validity lasting until Aug 11 (the day my medical exam expires), so I will begin to check the status of my return mailing service. In your case, how many days did it take for the package to arrive after it is dispatched from Ottava? The website of Canada Post says it should take two days (excluding the day on which it is sent).
Excellent news! After the issuance of counterfoil, it took 2 days for the return package to be activated. I see a trend of the return package being activated after 5 PM. After the activation, Canada Post took 3 days to deliver it at my home.
It got in the city really fast, but it got stuck 1 day at the distribution center (I don't know why).

If it is not review required, it should change to recommended pass in 1-2 weeks maximum. In my case it took 9 business days for eligibility to reach the "recommended pass" stage from R10.
I spoke to agent yesterday and she said there is no review required and it’s just that every case is different and every officer is different. So should I apply for GCms notes ? Because it’s been almost 2 months and agents are giving same reply.

No harm ordering notes for a better understanding of where your application is at. Agents usually give generic replies when we call or email.

Wow congrats! That is a very quick turnaround isn't it? Two days ago you were talking about ordering notes and now you are on cloud nine!
It is, indeed! As I'm outland applicant, I have a long way ahead, but we are so happy that we don't have to consider another plan anymore! :)

Hello. I would like an advice please on my case :

AOR 08.08.2019

I got a notification on 27.02.2020 that my express entry application was rejected. The refusal letter stated that my application is rejected because I have not submitted sufficient proof of fund. the minimum requirement for my case, a family of 3 is $19K of funds available and they claim that I have only submitted evidence for $11K.
However, I have submitted proof of funds of $24K in the form of two bank statements (myself & my husband).
$11K in my bank statement in local currency and $13K my husband’s bank statement in Euro. Which seems to have been missed in the assessment of my application.
I already sent by webform, the same document of POF I had submitted before on my application and asked Ircc to reconsider my application. I dont know what to do else execpt waiting. Its been almost 7 months of waiting . It's frustrating to think I will need to apply again. Especially when it's not my fault !
