Biometrics still showing :We have not received your finger prints after 5 months, raised webform and was confirmed that my fingerprints were received

6 months elapsed - Feb 13, 2020
2nd Ghost Update - Feb 19, 2020
Called IRCC today to inquire about the second ghost update, I was told everything has been passed and I should be receiving the email soon.
Feb 20 - ADR for POF (To submit latest 02-27-2020) (I forgot to upload my POF when i just submitted, I uploaded a wrong file thinking it was my POF, Im so thankful my application was not rejected as incomplete. I was given an ADR for that and got PPR within 1 week after submission)
Feb 21 - ADR submitted
Feb 27 - PPR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For what is worth, after receiving my PPR this is my timeline to COPR, considering I have a lawyer and I don't have direct access to the mail tracker
- copy of passport sent on February 19
- issue date on the document is February 24 at cpc-ottawa
- documents received back (to Vancouver) on February 27
- copy of passport sent on February 19

Unfortunately I've joined the 6+ club since Feb 16th and I'm feeling more anxious than I thought was possible this past week....
My office is CPC Ottawa and stream PNP-O (AINP). But I applied using an agent so I cannot keep checking for GU on my profile everyday...
I ordered my notes on Jan 10th and received them 2 weeks ago and it says eligibility met, criminality passed but security not started.
Any idea if I should I order CBSA notes i/o to check if I am under SS?

I sent my passport to CPC ottava for visa and COPR on Monday and my passport was delivered to the address in Ottava yesterday
Also, does the return shipment require a signature? When I purchased that Canada Post Xpress envelope, the staff in the post office didn't say anything about signature requirement, so I don't think the envelope that I purchased was a signature required service.
Congrats on getting PPR, I sent my passport through canada post xpresspost, I got it back in around 10days after sending it and the return shipment doesn’t require a signature they will just drop it in your mailbox.
Just keep checking your cic account they will only activate the return shipment tracking after it becomes approved in your account.

Hi all, I received my notes today:
ASSESSMENTS:
Eligibility: Recommend Passed
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
I can see eligibility was changed from Review Required to Recommend Passed under latest activity.
Lastest review was done on 16/01/20 but it doesn't state who did the review (officer, analyst etc). Prior there was a review done by Program Asst in CIO on 09/09/19.
Does this mean I am pending for final review before getting approval / PPR? And the latest review was done by Analyst who changed the eligibility to Recommend Passed?

You can check on the note (which is primary office , second office). Then, you will know who is the decision maker (CIO or SGVO).
When did you receive the Pre Arrival Letter ? Before it was transferred into SGVO or after ? If it was before, CIO. Otherwise, SGVO. Thanks
