I got an update to provide from CIC on our sponsorship application today.


IMM5562: Please provide a complete IMM5562 Supplementary Info - Your Travels form.
https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5562e.pdf This must be received at this office by: 2020/03/27 >
Police Certificate: Please provide a copy of your original police certificate from India and
any other country where you have resided for a period of six months or longer since the age of 18. Instructions to obtain Police Certificates can be found on our website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp. This must be received at this office by: 2020/03/27 >
and Voter’s ID card for yourself and your spouse. NOTE: Affidavits are not acceptable as proof of relationship. This must be received at this office by: 2020/03/27
Proof of Relationship: As proof of relationship to your spouse please provide the Aadhaar and Voter’s ID card for yourself and your spouse. NOTE: Affidavits are not acceptable as proof of relationship. This must be received at this office by: 2020/03/27

My comments: I provided police clearance and travel supplementary information to CIC via email. But looks like they want the originals. Though my parents stayed here for 11 months last year in Canada, do I still need to provide Police Certificate for Canada. In that case, I will have to book tickets so that they can come to Canada.

My parents didn't register the marriage back then when their marriage was completed back then. I had provided marriage affidavit and still it doesn't suffice them. Do they have to register the marriage again ?

I agree that you should invest in a consultation but whether they can actually help is another matter. The instructions for meeting LICO and family size are quite clear and the income requirements are quite low given the actual cost of living in most of Canada. Others have met the requirement or not applied if they didn’t. There have been people who have been refused for missing the cut-off by a few hundred dollars. @InlovewithMaple was advised numerous times to include his brother in his family size but chose not to listen.

My is Biometric on Feb 06,2020 and got Aor from singapore on Feb 21,2020 and they started processing at Feb 21, 2020.

Thank you. The latest is "We sent MD RAHMAN a letter on January 29, 2020. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."
That letter was biometric request.

They are still looking for a copy, not the main copy. PCC from Canada is not required.

what is your In process ? you can get your In process date from Ecas.
