No exact days but as per the trend from June and July people got AOR in 5-8 days or 35-40 from file transfer day.

I am Principal Applicant (PA) and being a Canadian citizen my wife is Sponsoring me. I have just linked my application to GCKey Account, before linking to the GCkey account, my wife receives all the updates through Emails. Now my question is that "will she still able to receive the updates through emails" or "they will only send the emails to me on my email ID that is registered on GCkey account.

Your wife probably receives email because she must have sign up herself as representative on application. And you would received the application status updates as email alert as you probably have put your email as login or linking application
No only one of you can link application, you can share details if she want access use same.
I applied for my wife in April 2019.
We received AOR / Biometric request / Medical request / SA all in June 2019.
Medical submitted in July 2019
Nov 2019 received notification of file TRF to LVO
AOR2 received in Nov 2019
Request letter to resubmit PCC and Schedule A - Jan 21 – Submitted 30 Jan.
Anyone in a same or similar boat?
