I have one doubt...
At present my score is 551 and can I update my close relative address later on as he will be moving outside Winnipeg in March 2020. So that I can add 50 more to my score. He is at present in Winnipeg. Please help

At present my brother is within Winnipeg area but he will be moving outside Winnipeg within 2 months. So if I apply now and if I don’t get LAA within 2 months. Can I update my address outside of Winnipeg later on in my current application. Will there be any issue???
