Once the application was returned, my EOI is back in pool. I dont have to create a new EOI. Now waiting for next draw. And there is no option to deny your ITA, you should either submit or leave it to expire in 60 days.

Still awaiting nomination but have been in whatsapp groups where people from OID and EE have been there since 2018. Have seen so many rejections for POF. None escaped through the 3 months POF clause. It's a mandatory condition.

I've seen that too. They are very strict about 3 months PoF.

Completely wrong. Why birth date mentioned in passport is not considered (after all that is also based on birth certificate)? Why do they need birth certificate separately just to confirm your birth date? Think about it.
Don't trust consultant.

Consultant is right! SINP doesn’t take passport as DOB proof.

Please, I need some clarifications:

I submitted my EOI to SINP and received ITA on the 9th of January.

Noc 1242 Administrative Assistant Legal
ECA Law degree (Professional degree which is equivalent to masters)

Someone said that I might be rejected for NOC mismatch

Please has any lawyer here successfully claimed this noc 1242 for sinp?

Also, am I in order to claim Masters for SINP application?

I need these clarifications before I submit next month. Please help a sister.

For Professional degrees you can claim it as masters per CIC rules. I would assume the same would apply for SINP

why did your first application get rejected?

Code of conduct missing but my consulate said they attached it.they rejected maximum files on 14 Feb 2018 time as they started 300 dollars fees from next I take.Earlier it was free

Sure. I discussed with my consultant and they said SINP take giftdeeds. I shown half of my amount as PF and half of amount as Gift deed. Let's hope for the best.
