Hey friends i need ur help. M the sponser of my husband. My husband is in pakistan. I received my AOR and also received medical and biometric for my husband but they mixed my husband given name and family name. What they did is they put his given name into family name and family name into given name. His name is Mehdi Hassan nowthey sent medical and biometric form saying Hassan Mehdi. What shall I do now?? Plz help i m scared of telling them what if it took more longer. Plz suggest what shall i do

You need to inform the Visa Office by using the IRCC’s Web Form. It's important that the information is corrected before proceeding..
In canada ,,,last name is written first .so it's all good
When I advised IRCC they had spelled my non - accompanying step daughter's name incorrectly it took them 77 days to correct the medical request before we could proceed!
Others who have had this problem on this forum advised IRCC and proceeded with tests as the documents were provided to them. The reason I waited was because the doctor didn't want to proceed but others didn't have this problem.
IRCC eventually gets it organized but in the meantime your don't have to hold up your application. Just my experience and opinion.
I will also let my husband know to go with medical and biometric. But how come they can do this while i put given name and family name in all the forms correctly. Cant they see. They switched the whole name. Just because of this now i have to suffer . How do we contact IRCC? By email or phone?
Bit dramatic. People in warzones suffer. You aren't suffering from this. It is a simple clerical error.
Send a Webform to IRCC.
Ok thanku m concern becausr they already send medical form to my husband and i am not sure ehether he book an appointment with doctor or wait for their reply coz he also has 30 days to get his medical done. If IRCC reply me late than what m gonna do mean time

Guys I am having same issue Mixed up with first and last name now we received a biometric and medical and I don't know what to do basically in passport the given name section has full name and Surname is left black and now all the communication we are getting they using last name as first name and first name as last name.
If you don't tell it now, the process will definitely be delayed at the last stages. It is always best to clear things up as early as possible in the process. Send a webform or call IRCC.
