I was a student in Canada and my extension with restoration was refused. I had to come back to my home country after and now I am in India. After I came back I worked full time as an intern in a bakery. I am looking for a job simultaneously. Its not easy to find jobs right now considering economic/political issues in the country. Businesses are closing down everyday and job candidates are being considered not based on qualification but other factors. I am not sure how things would turn out in future. I am making a strong application for a Study Permit for May and so far I have all the documentation right. I do have a insight of what I will do after I come back to my country, I will mention that in my explanation letter for the officer.
My concern is demonstrating ties to my home country. I have my family here, my brother and my mother. My father passed away 2016. I would like to know how would I demonstrate good ties to my country so the officer won't refuse my application thinking I wont come back after completion of my studies. I know I will have to show it how and why rather than just saying that I will come back.
