Anyone here from the Mexico visa office? I received the CSQ in early December but have heard nothing since.
Same as you
Received the CSQ in Dec, nothing since them...

Giving the few data points that we have for PCC/IME for Quebec, I would guesstimate towards March for us to receive new instructions

nothing else we can do

Called MIFI today to inquire about my parents CSQ application that they received by the end of September. Operator advised that it’s still in process and no decision has been made till now because there’s some investigation done by a third party and they did not receive the results yet.

I don’t know what kind of investigation, if they need clarification or more documents to make a decision they could simply call me or my employer.

Any idea what could that be?
Hello,
I think third party can be Revenu Québec, Directeur de l'état civil or maybe private investigation.
For example:
  • If a sponsor has kids not living with him, so they need an answer from Revenu Québec that everything is ok with the support payments.
  • If a sponsor declare he is a single, they can ask for an investigation to confirm that.
They can verify any information we declared in our applications.

@robertp

Médical request Jan 30th

For those interested in time lines, my CSQ was issued Dec 30th

As always thanks for updating the spread sheets

which just reinforce how ludicrous is the whole process.

I've got the CSQ almost 20 days before and nothing even close to have an IME request (still waiting for the PCC)
basically if you drawn a bad hand and your LVO is not CPCM you are done and thing won't move soon....

anyway, just another one of the unfairness of this crazy process

Timeline depend on Local VO where PR file processing. From Mexico you and @diegosolano both waiting for IME and PCC.

https://sites.google.com/view/pgp2019/csq-for-quebec/10-csq-timeline-qc-applicant-only

overall processing time for QC applicant is slower then other province, no one get DM or PPR. hope local VO not waiting quota for QC applicant from Govt. of QC.
