On the Amman site it says they reply in 2/5 business days and my lawyer keeps sending them emails and they’re not even reply.

What are you emailing them about. I emailed them last week. They reply in 2 days to me maximum 3. I heard they don't like to be bothered unless its super emergency

This is the answer i always get from visa office. I emailed them 3 times and asked different questions they always reply the same thing. See below.
"Please note that your file is still in process. At this time, we are unable to provide an estimated date of when a final decision on the case will be made.

Please be advised that the standard processing time for family sponsorship of spouses living outside Canada is 12 months; your file is still within standard processing times.

If we require any further information/documents, or when a final decision is made, we will be in contact with you."

We are from Iran and in the most of times Iranian requests (files) are sent to Ankara but our file has sent to Amman, I've done biometric & medical and about 5 months (from 3rd of September that our file has sent to Amman) I've not had any updates
