Hello all,
I need help please. I'm in the process of sponsoring my spouse from Mexico. I currently live in British Columbia but will be relocating to Montreal very soon due to a new job. My spouse's application is currently at the Mexico VO (application was submitted on Aug 28th and Mexico's VO confirmed receipt on December 23rd). Can anyone explain what do I have to do to obtain a CSQ this late in the process? I haven't relocated to Quebec just yet, so I'm not sure if that's something I can do if I'm not a resident of Quebec. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I was asking myself the same thing given we’ve done the biometrics, the medical tests and that the federal asked for our CSQ to be sent to them by the beginning of February. So I presume they won’t give us the PR until they receive the CSQ since they’ve asked for it.
