Was stopped at Hearthrow Airport from proceeding to Canada,

Airline officials were unable to print my boarding pass, they were saying it has to do with my Visa, my question is, how come i was cleared from Kenya only to stopped at Hearthrow when connecting? I have 10 year Visitor- Business Visa issued last year April.

Thanks for the reply, I did paper application, the airline was speculating about the possibility of visa being cancelled, but were unable to explain to me why the same British Airways checked me in from Nairobi to London.
