Hi all,
My college provides transcripts electronically (not email) direct to CES, University of Toronto . Is that fine? Does CES accept electronic transcripts? Or do they accept only physically mailed transcripts?

For me it's only physically mailed transcripts

Depends on where is your college located. If you studied in the US, CES accepts electronic transcripts.

Hi everyone,

1. Has someone completed fromhis/her MBA from Symbiosis International University (India) and received Masters equivalency?

2. Earlier had my Bachelor's and MBA evaluated from WES, didn't get Masters equivalency, still craeted the EE profile. Now I want to get the ECA from CES. My worry is even if I get the masters equivalency, would it be problem that WED did not recognize it as masters (since CIC would have this information, EES does send a copy to them)

Please guide.

HI Ankita,

You must "NEVER" attach the transcripts of graduation and post-graduation online. That should be sealed by your university and duly stamped by the registrar along with the signature. and only be opened by CES not by you.

Yes, you must upload all the colored copies of your mark sheets( Both sides front and back) , Degree (both sides front and back)

And you will be sending your documents to CES. You must mention your student number on the envelope starting from "X" . Also send your all colored marksheets & degrees front and back. to the given address. I preferred DHL Express as it is quicker

So i have received an email from CES that they got the transcripts on 23rd of October but since then no updates.

Anybody else got any update regarding their application done in October?
Its like the 15th week including the 2 weeks pause, at least the third step should have been completed

If someone is picking on my behalf, do I need to check "
AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE INFORMATION ABOUT MY EDUCATIONAL CREDENTIAL ASSESSMENT" in the application form? do we need to give all of their details?

WES should be the only evaluator, as the other institutions give fale equivalencies which causes artificial increase in the CRA score. I have evaluated my both degrees by WES and got what I expected although it was a bit late. I hope IRCC soon announces that only WES reports will be accepted.

They ask only for the highest certificate you own, if its masters, then send only masters and see how they evaluate it
