Hi Congratulations for your PPR!
Do you know why they asked you to provide FBI PCC again? Did you provide it when you submitted your application?

Yes I did provide it but I overlooked a requirement that PCC should be taken after the last day you were present in the country ... So I had to resubmit.

Hi,

I am Ontario-PNP candidate and my AOR is Sep/23 ; MEP: Oct/15 .

As per my discussion with CIC agent today,

VO: Sydney
Eligibility: Met
Criminality: Pass
Security: In progress

May I know if Security is a longer process than Criminality?

Whether it is CEC or FSW any kind of work done while you are a full-time student won't be counted.
I want you to review these two links for me:
Link 1 is for CEC (Canada Experience Class) and that statement was boldly stated there. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/canadian-experience-class.html

Link 2 is for the FSW (Federal Skill worker) and the statement was eliminated. I think for FSW it is fine.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers.html

I think the bottom line is Work done while studying in Canada is not counted. Not for foreign skilled workers.

My AOR is Sep 12 and my MP was Oct 4. CIC started checking my background a few days back. Don’t worry they will start checking yours very soon. Good luck.

Hi after researching for a bit I think that your experience can be used it will count as 1 year experience as long as you have the pay stubs and everything for those 2 years... @legalfalcon can you please provide some inputs here ?

Hi all, please I have a quick question:
I used Treasury Bills as POF and it has now matured and I have now converted the funds to Mutual Funds, do I need to update CIC with the new Mutual Funds documents or wait for them to ask for it?
