Bank statement's of my father who is sponsoring me, worth of my land is alot idk how much, a land is still a land and isn't cheap especially in a commercial area, which is my fathers..
A student normally just don't have a billion dollars or a land asset of their own...

Letter of employment said tht ill be reallocated and hired as a remote resource and then when I come back ill be like a normal resource except, il be promoted..

what do you mean alot ??did you not attach an evaluation cert for your land ??did you just mention that you have a piece of land but did not any documents supporting that statement?

I don't know your profile completely so can't comment and neither am I an expert but I think your strong work profile is the reason they gave you a refusal based on purpose of visit. They often find it doggy to see someone well established and doing well in their field and then suddenly leaving their hard work behind to pursue a course. In your Sop mention exactly which skill you will learn from this course and how it will help you in future.
people with a strong work profile can definitely go for further education but only when there's a dire need. When they need something to push start their career.

thats totally true they need a very good reason as to why do you suddenly have an interest in canada if you are already well established you have to answer that in your SOP
