Hi all,
I am willing to apply for Provincial Nomination Program for immigration of Canada from Dubai. Would you please guide me either via consultant is better or self apply is better as self apply might take long time whereas via consultant might take less time but will take consultant fees.
For direct apply to Saskatchewan Nomination, according to their official website they need proof of fund before applying for the nomination. Is it correct as all consultants are saying that proof of fund requires at the last step.
Can please guide me regarding this issue?

I got the nomination in 28 Nov draw and yet to submit my application due to non availability of birth certificate. Anyone here who has submitted the application. I got stucked on Application Part 1 and witout completing it can't see section 2/3 if any.

Do I also need to submit PCC to SINP?

just make an legal affidavit of your birth details with notary stamps and submit it

First step, check your eligibility on their website using SINP points assessment grid. See if your score is above 60 and if your NOC occupation is “NOT” in their exclusion list found at their website.

Second step, send an EOI (expression of interest) online, link and guide is available at their website.

If your profile is invited to apply, then only you will be able to apply for getting provincial nomination from Saskatchewan. This stage is critical as you will have to prove all elements you mentioned in EOI i.e education, age, work experience, IELTS, etc.

regarding proof of funds. It is very tricky. You never know when they will invite you to apply. From the date of application, three months in past you have to prove the minimum required funds were available with you. In other words at the time of application, you had maintained minimum required funds for three months and can prove it.

hope above is clear and I would recommend to get assistance from immigration consultant only if you are not comfortable or document and checklist expert and that too at the application stage not EOI stage.

May I know the process to apply for family after getting nomination letter from any province as I heared that once you get your final invitation letter you can ask for your family to go with you(family includes wife and kids) is it possible now? And do I need to do ECA for only my documents or for my wife also as I am willing to take my wife with me

What about family? How can I apply for family(my wife) as I heared that before the process was when you got your interview at the same time you can ask them for family to move on with you. Is this possible now? Or do I need to apply with family from beginning and need to do ECA for my wife documents also?

so far, 68 seems tough and on top of this, they started removing occupations which are filled and who knows they will stop intake as in 2018.

What is the process of ECA? Is there any possibility to send from our side the documents to our institute in our country to verify and after verification send to authorize ECA institute?
