I think the quota for OINP 2019 was finished up until the submissions till 13th Sep. I guess that was the reason for the delay.Do you have any idea why it takes long time? Did you have Human NOI? Did you get additional documents requested?
Yes it is possible. many applicants who got nominated have no tie to Ontario/Canada, including myself.I know I am the forum expert here, but not as far as PNPs are concerned. Can anyone here confirm if it's possible for someone sitting outside Canada to get a nomination through OINP or is it near impossible cuz of local competition?
