Hey all,
i attended an interview where the officer was not convinced of my work experience and said he needs two things:
1-any reports or formats that I created on Job proving my skills
2-provide evidence that I was employed by the particular employer
now my problem here is that I had shown him the bank statement of my salary which he didn’t find convincing enough. He asked for tax documents and since the country I reside in is tax free there is no relevant document ; I told him that as well.
Additionally I provided company letters on letter head with stamp and everything and he still isn’t convinced.
Now I don’t know what additional documents do I provide.
Since all the report formats were already been used in the company for years, I didn’t create a new one.
Any suggestion from seniors will be helpful. I am blank.
