I stay in Ontario and lodged my application on 25th April 2019 and my wife and kids are in Hyderabad, India. I Know its nerve wrecking, see the bright side of it, you got the Pre arrival, no breaks in the process and just waiting for the PPR. Trust me it will happen soon.

Did you receive PPR ? Have you tried to reach to them or asked for notes ?

1 year point was just critisisim chill.
LVO is in hibernation mode at the moment lets hope for btr upcoming days

No, I did not get the PPR. waiting for the same and did not ask for any notes. however, I have raised a web form once and they said it is in process and will get update through GC Account if any.
 
It's been 2 month since we received Pre Arrival for my husband but no Passport Request yet....I am so confused, how long will they take.

I raised web form and they told me same .. Now i raised web form for NDVo and they have not replied back. I have also order notes to know on which stage file is.. On this forum i am seeing people submited file in in june/july are getting passport request.. So wondering what going on with april file.

Hope for the best and we get passport request soon.
 
Hello friends,
We got passport request on 12/12 and passport was received by IRCC on 12/17. That's the last update we got. After that we are waiting and there has still not been any update. Anybody else in a similar kind of situation now or before can share their experience then would appreciate it. When we chat with them they say normal process is 10 business days but for us its been almost 15 business now (if we dont count weekends and christmas/new year holidays) ! How much time will this take to get back the passport stamped?

I just read my email and it says 90 days after they receive your passport or photocopy of it depending if your in Canada already or not.

Congrats .. Lucky you.. I am 4 April 2019 applicant .. My file was transferred to NDVO.. got Pre arrival on Nov 5 2019.. and no update after that..
